| Q. | What happens if I forget my Online Banking PIN? |
| A. | You are allowed 3 attempts to enter your PIN. If unsuccessful after the 3rd attempt, you will be locked out of Online Banking, until you contact us. Immediate access may be regained by calling the CPB Data Processing Center at 1-985-882-2269 |

| Q. | What happens if I don't log off the system? |
| A. | Online Banking has a 10 minute time-out feature. If you are logged in for 10 consecutive minutes without using Online Banking, you will have to log in again to resume banking. |

| Q. | Can I download my bank account information into my financial software package? |
| A. | Yes. Most software packages allow you to download account information from Online Banking. Once enrolled with Online Banking, link to the "Help" function to obtain step by step directions for downloading. However, please be aware that each software package is different, depending on the version and the format chosen for download. If you are required additional software support, we strongly encourage you to contact the manufacturer. |

| Q. | How do I add optional Bill Payment service if I did not select it when I applied for Online Banking? |
| A. | Bill Pay is now a free option available to all online banking customers. Once you have logged onto your online banking account simply click on the link that is marked "Bill Pay" |

| Q. | How much does Online Bill Paying cost and when will I be charged for the service? |
| A. | Central Progressive Bank offers FREE Bill Pay to all customers who sign up for our free online banking service. |

| Q. | When and how are bill payments processed? |
| A. | Scheduled payments are processed Sunday through Saturday at 12:00 AM (EST). Payments will be processed the evening before they are scheduled and sent the morning of the requested processing date. If the payment is by check, the check is mailed the following morning. Please note, it generally takes 5-7 business days for the check to be mailed and processed. Please consider adjusting the payment date to account for this. Electronic payments also go out the morning after the payment is processed. Since electronic payments are processed through the Federal Reserve, we can't guarantee when the payments will be deducted from your account. However, this process generally takes two days. |

| Q. | Are payments processed on holidays? |
| A. | Payments are not processed the night before a holiday, instead they are processed the night of the holiday. Using Thanksgiving as an example, payments would be processed on Thursday night rather than Wednesday night. |

| A. | You can pay anyone in the United States. The only restriction is that you cannot pay any government agencies. |

| A. | If you think you may have lost your CPB debit card or your CPB VISA card you need to contact one of the following two numbers AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: For a lost or stolen CPB DEBIT CARD : 1-800-528-2273. For a lost or stolen CPB VISA CARD : 1-800-847-2911. To get a new card re-issued and re-sent to you, contact the CPB card services department at (985)882-2269. |

| A. | Central Progressive Bank takes extra measures to keep your accounts and personal information secure, but you also play a role in maintaining the security of your banking information. Following are a few steps that you can take to ensure the integrity of your Online Banking. Memorize your password Your online password authenticates you when you begin an online session. You should memorize this password and never write it down anywhere or reveal it to anyone. Change your password regularly It's important to change your password regularly, which you can easily do when you begin an Online Banking session. Remember to sign off You may not always be at your own computer when you bank online. Therefore, it's important to sign off when you're finished banking. If you forget to do so, Central Progressive Bank will automatically sign you off after 10 minutes of inactivity. |
